Xbox One Disc Drive Woes

Looks like some Xbox One Units are not playing nicely, well, with anything. Here's a compilation of some of the issues.

As of this writing I haven't received my Xbox One yet (it's on vehicle for delivery). I'll be testing mine with a standard audio cd before putting in any games.
