I just purchased a new domain name… http://waynesworkshop.com. It may not work for the next 24 Hours while the Domain Servers are updated… but that’s ok… I bought the domain for two years so we’ll see how well it works. This domain should work indefinately, but in case something happens to this domain i’ll have a backup

Well… I just got done making the dough for Molasses cookies… most people don’t realize how difficult it is to scoop out of a metal bowl… it tires your arm out after a while… it’s quite messy making the dough… luckily we have a mixer so it makes it easier to mix then entire batter when you’re adding the flower..

now tomorrow it’ll be time to actually roll the dough out and bake the cookies…. more difficult work… I should post the recipe sometime

well… I’m finished with just about everybody for my holiday shopping.. I only have my Sister’s Husband (that sounds weird)… they just got married… But I got my mom’s gift today, and a gift for Erin’s Roommate Jess… so I think that takes care of everybody… Erin and I still have to go out and find something for Erin to get for my sister…

Well I called Fedex three times today… once to see if was anything more about the package that was supposed to be here yesterday… and the first time, the lady said there was no attempt to deliver it… isn’t that encouraging… The second time I called was to see what time they deliver until, and that is 8:30 for residential deliveries, 5:30 for businesses. So the third time I called (after 8:30) to register a complaint and the lady said that she will make sure that the fedex facility is aware of the issue and that there should be an attempt to deliver it on Monday…. we’ll see if that happens.

Well… I left work at 10:00pm after an upgrade we did that actually worked…. I had been at work since 11:00am… oh well I get paid for all of it… of course now I’m tired… but I’m off until 12/28… I have vacation time that I have to take…

On a sad note though, Actor John Spencer of West Wing died today of a Heart Attack… he was only 58.. he would have been 59 on Tuesday… I’m not sure how his character will be taken off of the show… he was a good actor, and played the role of Leo McGarry like nobody else could…

I checked on the status of my Fedex package again this morning and here’s what the latest entry says:

On a side note If this does not get delievered I will never use fedex again… this is completely unacceptable with no reasons as to why it was not delivered yesterday.

Just talked to MP about his book… it comes out in January… you can preorder it here from Barnes & Noble… it’s Twilight of the Past: A Rift in Time.

So I ordered some things for christmas for people, and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday, 12/14/05… but they weren’t… supposedly because of weather… ok… So they were on the truck at 1:40AM today, 12/15/05… supposed to be out for delivery today… it’s now 9:41 and I have not yet received my package… I got two yesterday…

Well I took my CCNA Final and got an 89.4%… that’s better than I thought I’d do, since all of my practice tests I didn’t get anything above an 80%… oh well, that’s over. I also took a quiz in class and got 24/25… it’s all bonus points… so that just adds to my grade… which should be an A for the class.

well… one major thing that irks me is when people ask for my advice on stuff, and then just all of a sudden, decide that they don’t want my advice because it’s not what they wanted to hear… if you don’t really want my advice, don’t ask for it… oh well… of course there is nothing I can do about it…

So Erin is coming home on Saturday, she has a rehersal as soon as she gets home, until 2:00 (I think), then she’s going to see family.. I don’t know when I’ll see her.. Sunday she’s going caroling with a group of people… and she has an Early Christmas with her Mom’s side of the family, at 4:00… so I don’t know if i’ll see her on Sunday… and she starts back at her job on Monday…. so, oh well… I won’t get to see her much during my time off next week…. oh well, of course, again, nothing I can do about it….
